Clarity Mental Wellness, LLC is currently a solo private practice established by Kristen Spear, MA, LPC, NCC. The mission of this practice is to provide high quality counseling services to individuals who are experiencing emotional, personal, professional and relationship difficulties. Kristen works with individuals 18 years and older on such issues as:
- depression
- anxiety
- adult ADHD
- transition into parenthood
- postpartum depression and/or anxiety
- building healthy personal boundaries
- recovering from narcissistic and psychologically abusive relationships
- men's issues

Approach to Therapy
Kristen Spear believes in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, where she works collaboratively with her clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment. She takes an active role in sessions while gently, respectfully and objectively challenging clients to build self-awareness. Kristen works together with her clients to identify and build effective skills in order to assist them in successfully reaching personal goals.
